There was a conflict with being able to deliver flowers on date selected, and was called within minutes of ordering online to see what I would prefer instead. Appreciated the timely customer service, so something different could be done in plenty of time. When the flowers arrived, I was sent a picture of "designers choice" by the recipient, and was extremely happy with their choice of flowers in creating a beautiful masterpiece! This was a birthday gift for my daughter, so very special! Picket Fence was my go to before, and will continue to be trusted in the future!
